Why does MothersKnowBest.com use MarketPoints instead of currencies?
Our research studies are conducted all over the world. As a result, we denominate our rewards exclusively in MarketPoints, which have a value based on the US dollar. Each MarketPoint is equivalent to 5 U.S. cents. The minimum number of points needed to convert points to cash is 1000 MarketPoints.

How do I redeem my MarketPoints?
Once you have accumulated 1,000 MarketPoints, you may redeem them for a value equivalent to $50.00 USD. To redeem your MarketPoints, login to your account, select "MarketPoints" tab and click on "Redeem". You will then be mailed a check to your address in your local currency. You should receive a check within 2-3 weeks for North America Region and 4-6 weeks international. If you have not received your check after this time, please contact at cutomerservice@mothersknowbest.com
